Tactical Athlete Initiative
The Tactical Athlete Initiative (TAI) brings together students, faculty and community service agencies in an exciting partnership designed to address the unique athletic needs of military, law enforcement, firefighting and EMS personnel. Our TAI faculty and student-scholars conduct research to advance evidence-based best practices and improve these professionals’ health outcomes. As a result, participants experience fewer injuries and better withstand their fields’ physical demands.
