Waters College Advisory Board

The Waters College Advisory Board (WCAB) supports and facilitates the success of the Georgia Southern University Waters College of Health Professions. The WCAB is not an official entity of the Georgia Southern University governance structure, therefore, does not vote on management decision, personnel issues, budgets, etc.

The WCAB will have three (3) roles:

  1. Board members will provide advice, counsel, and ideas to the Dean of the Waters College of Health Professions and its faculty and staff on a variety of issues including programs, placement and the competitive environment of education in the health professions.
  2. Board members will work to increase the visibility, reputation and impact of the Waters College of Health Professions, locally, nationally and internationally.
  3. Board members will assist in and facilitate fundraising and developing efforts designed to enhance the quality, impact and competitive standings of the Waters College of Health Professions. This includes making a personal gift to the college.

To learn more about the work of the WCAB, or to learn more about becoming a Board or Committee member, please email Nicole Berman, at nberman@georgiasouthern.edu.
