Super Eagles

Super Eagles is part of an adapted physical activity course that teaches future fitness professionals how to create inclusive fitness programs. Individuals with disabilities will be paired with a Georgia Southern student who will develop and implement a personalized program while being supervised by faculty in the Waters College of Health Professions.

Super Eagles is open to individuals as young as age 5 who have disability and currently offered during the fall and spring semesters with options to have session virtually or in-person on the Statesboro Campus. The program includes pre/post testing with a comprehensive report.

Super Eagle registration for Spring 2023 is now open!

Participants have the options to register for one of two sessions below:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4 p.m.
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15-5:15 p.m.

The program will run February 21, 2023, until May 4, 2023.
