Administrative Responsibilities

As the Associate Dean for Institutional Effectiveness and Curriculum I report to the Dean and serve on the college Executive Administrative Council. I am responsible for specific academic activities and projects for the Waters College of Health Professions (WCHP). I provide leadership in facilitating the collection, analysis and dissemination of Institutional Effectiveness data which document the achievement of the goals of the college and its programs in a manner consistent with its philosophy and mission of the college and university. I also provide oversight for the effective and efficient processing of curriculum reviews, refinements, and modifications for WCHP programs. In this role, I assist programs in coordinating and processing curriculum changes and new program development as well as existing program refinements. I oversee WCHP student affairs which include student recruitment, orientation and registration. I also oversee the daily operation of the college on the Statesboro campus while the Dean is on the Armstrong Campus. These duties include all faculty, academic, student and business affairs.
