Dr. Glenn originally hails from Hattiesburg, MS.  In 1986, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.  He then matriculated to the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1988.  Following graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and spent the next 26 years in various clinical, academic and  leadership roles.  During this time he completed a Master of Science in Sports Physical Therapy in 1998 and his PhD in Allied Health Sciences w/emphasis in Sports Physical Therapy in 2004; both from  the University of Oklahoma. As an Air Force PT, he spent 20+ years as a Direct Access Physical Therapist credentialed to perform evaluation and treatment without referral, perform spinal and peripheral joint mobilization and manipulation, order lab and radiology studies and prescribe medications.  Of note, he was a 10-year member of the U.S. Olympic and Armed Forces Sports Volunteer Medical Programs as an Athletic Trainer and is a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist.  He ended his Air Force career as the Commander of the base medical facility at Hanscom AFB, MA.
