The Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology offers a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a major in exercise science.
The Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology offers a Bachelor of Science with a major in nutrition and food science with one of three areas of emphasis – dietetics, food science and food systems administration, or community nutrition.
